where's wendy?

Time flies doesn't it?! Every time I sat down to conquer my blog roll, it seemed like her, him, I, or we had something else to do! If you know me at all, you know that I enjoy writing and keeping up with my blog (even if I'm not a "famous" blogger) every so often. It's just an outlet I really enjoy, which is exactly why I do it! But with our current lifestyle, it's not really allowing for much of that.

Between Miss Alivia starting wee ball AND soccer, end of school activities, keeping up with businesses (at least TRYING to), & my sister getting M A R R I E D next week, you can kind of gather why its been a bit of ghost town around here! That's not to say I haven't been squeezing in some creative time, because when those little moments arise, I've jumped on!

Which is why I am sharing some of what I have been up to from my Instagram. Instagram is sometimes like a "mini" blog space for me. I share behind the scenes of things I'm working on, some of my personal life, & occasionally a little #wendywrites (words/subjects that get laid on my heart & I put them out there for the world)! So let's get started...

The past couple of months I have worked on some exciting new things!

• Teamed up with Every Little Beat Photography for Miss Alex Estes (previously Magnolia Letter Arts) and her new launch coming soon! (Bring on Prairie Letter Shop!!!)
• Brush & Pen Workshop: attended the OKC one and then helped with the Tulsa one (coming from "workshop Wendy," this is one of THE best!) 
• Did some stylizing for a super adorable Engagement Session by Shannon with Imago Vita Photography out on some beautiful land in Coweta- wildflowers, lanterns, strawberries, & champagne...waiting for images is the worst part of what I do!
• Also threw a couples shower & still managed to get the 4yr old to practices on time (well, almost ;D). Mix in some family, friends, annual Mother's Day Brunch, 7yr anniversary, donuts, & roofing, that's pretty much our life in one blog post!

Something about getting a post done, ahhhhh! So blessed to be surrounded with people who feed my soul. Thank you will never be enough to the people that welcome me to CREATE! Happy Thursday Friends, it's almost time for the weekend!! (or so they say, still trying to figure out what a weekend is... ;D)
